Transition ZONE

RULES OF THE GAMES WE THINK YOU SHOULD KNOW

Rock, paper scissors

Thee hand gestures are delivered simultaneously by the players on the count of three (or chanting Rock, Paper, Scissors). The winner of the turn is determined by the following; Rock beats Scissors (rock blunts scissors); Scissors beats Paper (scissors cuts paper); Paper beats Rock (paper covers rock).

Mingle

“Make friends… or face elimination.”

The game begins with everyone mingling freely, moving among fellow players while music plays. But when the music stops—pay attention.

A number will be shown by a guard. That’s how many players must be in your group.

Race to form your group, then get to one of the zones outside the circle before time runs out. Move fast, choose wisely—because if your group size is off, or you’re in the wrong zone… you're out.

Form alliances, stay sharp, and remember: in Mingle, your survival depends on how well you play with others.

Ddakji

In this game, the player must flip over a paper card on the ground by throwing another card at it. Once the Ddakji has been flipped, the team advances.

Biseokchigi

Also known as Flying Stone. Your chosen player must hit a stone on the ground with another stone to pass. Missing the shot requires the player to pick up the stone and try again, wasting precious time. The player must also have their foot behind a marked line to pass. Throwing the stone with their foot over the line invalidates a successful attempt.

Jegi

The player must kick the 'Jegi’ with one foot five times in a row to pass. Choose your player wisely.
