At ATAC we cater for all levels of runners, triathletes and cyclists. How?
For our cycling sessions, we always state what the ride length and average pace will be. If it’s too long or fast for you, use the meetup comments section to find out if there’s anyone willing to lead a shorter or slower option. If not, watch out for social rides to be posted – or post your own and ask someone to help lead it!

Run sessions at Vondelpark offer a group warm up, with several re-group points for stretching & warm up exercises. For intervals, we run a hard interval for a certain amount of time – but we have a rest intervals between each, again giving you time to re-group. Some of our experienced members will often circle back for the less fast runners too. You’ll never be left behind!

If you’re a runner with no interested in donning a cycling helmet, or putting your toes in the water, you’re still very welcome.
Many of our members enter running events – from local 5k fun runs to international ultra marathons.
During winter we’re offering Monday run sessions at Vondelpark, and will increase these to a second session on Thursday during the warmer months. The sessions are coached by Matt once a month, and he sets the program for the remaining sessions which are lead by other members. Come join the team!
So what’s the best way to try out ATAC? We’d love to see you at one of our Monday run sessions offered throughout winter at Vondelpark. We meet at All4Running, Amstelveenseweg 130, next to Vondelpark, use their lockers and change rooms, and head out for the run. We often hang around later for a cup of tea to warm up – so you’ll get the social side of things then too!
